Having Fun with friends will be the name of the game when the 4th Annual Golf Tournament gets underway on Thursday, September 18, 2008, on the beautiful grounds of Saddle Rock Golf Course, Aurora, Colorado. Presented by Marshall Fields and Wolfe families, the tournament benefits Colorado State University Students' Memorial Scholarship Fund. Players will enjoy a great day on the course, participate in contests and drawings for prizes and enjoy all-you-can eat barbecue for players following the round.
The format is a four-person modified scramble, and awards will be given for the low gross team, longest drive, closest to the pin, Hole in One (wins a new automobile), and more. Individuals and teams are welcome! Your registration fee is all-inclusive. COST: $125.00 per player/$500.00 per team. Registrar before August 1, 2008 and SAVE $25.00 on individual registration fee!
Check-in begins at 7:00am with a shotgun start scheduled for 8:00am. Lunch and awards will be presented at 12:30pm. We anticipate the round to take no longer than 4 hours. In celebration of the 4th anniversary of The Marshall Fields/Wolfe Memorial Golf Tournament & Silent Auction, tournament organizers are launching the Golf Challenge, a chance for you to compete against other individuals and teams for bragging rights and a traveling trophy.
